Senior Estimation Engineer – RCC, Finishing & MEP

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer with deep expertise in RCC, finishing, and MEP estimation for residential real‑estate projects. The role involves preparing accurate quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost estimates and coordinating closely with design, contracts, procurement and execution teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and BOQs for RCC, civil, finishing and MEP works.
• Develop project‑wise cost estimates and budgets based on drawings and specifications.
• Carry out RCC estimation including concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering/formwork.
• Prepare finishing estimates for plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows, tiling and related works.
• Handle MEP estimation for electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, ELV and related services.
• Perform rate analysis for civil, finishing and MEP items.
• Review drawings, specifications and consultant BOQs for discrepancies and variations.
• Prepare comparative statements, tender documents and evaluate BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contracts, procurement and execution teams.
• Track quantity and cost variations during execution and verify contractor/sub‑contractor quantities.
• Maintain estimation records, rate databases and cost reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong experience in RCC, finishing and MEP estimation for residential construction.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
