Senior ERP LN TP Project and Planning Analyst

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Senior ERP LN TP Project and Planning Analyst to lead the implementation and optimisation of Infor LN solutions across its global projects. The role focuses on gathering requirements, streamlining processes, and ensuring that ERP systems support organisational goals and project performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement large‑scale LN Projects, train users on correct ERP LN usage, and create accurate production schedules based on capacity and resource constraints.
• Identify gaps in current processes, propose LN‑based solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between LN and other enterprise applications while maintaining data integrity.
• Gather, analyse, and document functional business requirements, perform gap analysis, and produce detailed functional specifications.
• Design and execute test plans, support developers during design and implementation, and deliver user training for new functionality.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in business process modelling, system documentation and facilitating workshops.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (must‑have).

Required skills

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with Infor LN product LN10.7 and ERP LN CloudSuite.
• Knowledge of LN modules: Projects with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Quality.
• Familiarity with system integration techniques and best practices.
