Senior ERP LN Production Planning Analyst

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Senior ERP LN Production Planning Analyst to join its Business Systems team in Bengaluru. You will work on streamlining production processes, implementing Infor LN solutions, and supporting manufacturing operations across multiple global facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced production planning and scheduling strategies, analyzing capacity, material availability and resource constraints.
• Identify process gaps, propose LN‑based improvements, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between LN and other enterprise applications while maintaining data integrity.
• Gather, analyse and document functional business requirements, perform gap analysis and create detailed functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing, support developers during design and implementation, and deliver user training for production planning resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing Infor LN CloudSuite (LN10.7) and facilitating workshops and user‑training sessions.
