Senior Engineer, Strategic Data Solutions

About the role

As a Senior Engineer for Strategic Data Solutions at Circles, you will partner with end‑customers and internal teams to design, build, and maintain data warehousing and reporting platforms that support global operations and external partner integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end data solutions, including data warehousing, reporting, and digital analytics, for Circles’ customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units across multiple geographies to gather analytics requirements and translate them into actionable data products.
• Maintain accountability for project scope, cost, resource planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and manage business reporting and data‑analysis pipelines for worldwide internal operations.
• Design and support data‑exchange interfaces with external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and business reporting.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams across different regions.
• Passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
