Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Service Sales

About the role

The role focuses on core‑2 and core‑3 maintenance and modernization customers, handling their needs by phone, building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and digital services beyond the existing customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with core‑2 and core‑3 maintenance and modernization customers, contacting them by phone and anticipating their needs.
• Generate new business opportunities outside the existing customer base, handle RFQs, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, documenting customer data, and coordinating with the wider KONE team.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing using approved tendering tools, optimise discounts within authority, and validate contract terms.
• Maintain accurate sales funnel information and timely reporting in the CRM system, and provide market and competitor insights to the team.
• Support the finance function in collections and drive execution of the individual sales plan.
