Senior Electrical Engineer – MEP

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer‑Electrical (Building Engineering) to join our B+P team in India. This role contributes to B+P infrastructure projects across global offices and develops technical expertise in a supportive, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for electrical engineering.
• Develop study and design procedures to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective work.
• Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables and perform quality‑control reviews of calculations and drawings.
• Prepare technical specification sections and lead mentorship of junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Required profile

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 7–13 years of design experience on ME/UK projects, preferably in mixed‑use developments and buildings.
• Knowledge of BS and American standards and regional regulations.
• Experience in electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
