Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Join the LEGO Group’s India & Emerging Asia business unit as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. You will drive the digital agenda across priority markets, creating compelling campaigns that deepen consumer love for LEGO and accelerate brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the digital marketing strategy, translating global and regional plans into local digital priorities.
• Develop and execute media‑rich campaigns using owned, earned, shared and paid (OESP) channels.
• Enhance LEGO’s presence on owned platforms such as LEGO.com, YouTube, Instagram and SEM.
• Manage the LEGO Group’s social media accounts and content calendar for India, producing timely, locally relevant content.
• Collaborate with retail partners to design impactful digital activations aligned with the brand calendar.
• Work closely with internal marketing, sales teams and central LEGO marketing functions.
• Track and analyse performance against plan, conduct After‑Action Reviews and benchmark against other brands.
• Lead relationships with external agency partners, including the media agency of record (Publicis).

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in branding and digital marketing, preferably in consumer‑goods or retail categories.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn global strategy into local execution.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable testing hypotheses and turning insights into action.
• Future‑oriented, aware of digital trends and able to pilot innovative concepts.
• Excellent collaboration skills across internal functions and external partners.
• Proactive, results‑focused attitude with strong analytical capabilities.
