About the role
Join LEGO’s India & Emerging Asia business unit as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager and help ignite love for the brand across kids and adults. You will lead the digital agenda, translate global strategy into local campaigns, and drive consumer engagement in key markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute digital‑first marketing strategies for India and five other emerging Asian markets.
- Build and promote LEGO’s play value proposition to grow the active consumer base.
- Integrate the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) model into overall marketing plans to boost brand awareness.
- Design media campaigns using local digital trends and collaborate with the agency of record (Publicis).
- Enhance LEGO’s presence on owned platforms such as LEGO.com, YouTube, Instagram, and SEM channels.
- Manage LEGO’s social media calendar in India, creating timely content for local occasions.
- Guide retail partners on digital campaign execution aligned with brand activation calendars.
- Partner with internal marketing, sales, and central LEGO teams, and lead relationships with external agencies.
- Track performance, conduct After‑Action Reviews, and apply learnings to future initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of branding and digital marketing experience, preferably in consumer‑goods sectors such as fashion, FMCG, or luxury.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert global strategy into local, data‑driven actions.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and testing hypotheses.
- Future‑oriented mindset, staying ahead of digital trends and applying them in pilot projects.
- Excellent collaboration skills across internal functions and external partners.
