Senior Digital Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to design, implement and optimise multi‑channel campaigns for our clients. This hands‑on position combines strategic planning with execution, collaborating closely with creative and content teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads, email, and social media.
• Own campaign performance, track KPIs and adjust strategy based on data.
• Manage ad budgets on platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Brief the creative team to produce channel‑specific content.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO and maintain content calendars for client accounts.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with clients and leadership.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes and test new channels or formats.
• Mentor junior marketers on the team.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written communication.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.
