Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Tieto Caretech is modernising the Nordic health and social care sector with open, interoperable software. As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will help build a cloud‑agnostic web platform, support the migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub, and enable AI‑native development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, optimise and extend existing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement new GitHub Actions workflows for the repository migration.
• Write, test and maintain modular Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters across cloud and self‑hosted environments.
• Implement advanced deployment strategies such as blue/green and canary releases, including feature‑toggle management.
• Enforce strict pipeline gating and workflow state management.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a flat, high‑autonomy team.
• Experience with cloud‑agnostic architectures and migration projects.
• Interest in AI‑native development tools and modern engineering practices.
