Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate highly available cloud platforms that power critical fintech solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product and operations teams to streamline delivery, improve reliability and ensure production stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure for business‑critical applications.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and increase deployment reliability.
• Monitor production environments, proactively address performance, availability and capacity issues.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve platform architecture, operational readiness and release processes.
• Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure and cloud incidents across production.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management and operational workflows using Infrastructure as Code.
• Define, measure and support service level objectives and operational performance metrics.
• Implement security controls, access management, encryption and compliance‑focused practices.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity and resilience initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience building and operating cloud platforms, preferably in fintech.

Required skills

• AWS cloud services.
• Kubernetes and Docker container orchestration.
• CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
• Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Programming/scripting languages: Python, TypeScript, Clojure.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Security, access management and compliance practices.
