Senior DevOps Engineer (6-9 yrs) – Bangalore/Pune/Noida/Chennai

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 6‑9 years of experience to drive large‑scale platform integrations and automation across multiple engineering teams in India. You will own the end‑to‑end rollout of Cortex IDP, standardise CI/CD pipelines and embed DevSecOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a full Cortex rollout across 60+ teams and 200+ micro‑services, integrating with GitLab CI/CD, PagerDuty, AWS and monitoring tools.
• Audit, redesign and standardise community‑driven GitLab pipelines, building reusable templates with built‑in security and compliance checks.
• Deepen LaunchDarkly integration to standardise feature‑flag workflows across the organisation.
• Develop custom automation in Go or Python to connect AWS tooling, reduce operational toil and support CI/CD migrations.
• Partner with engineering squads to onboard Cortex services, adopt feature‑flag practices and ensure production readiness.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of hands‑on DevOps experience, preferably in large, multi‑team environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cortex (or similar) IDP integration and rollout.
