Senior Designer

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Mumbai team. The role focuses on creating high‑impact digital and e‑commerce designs for leading consumer brands across food, refreshment, home care, and beauty/personal care categories. You will work closely with clients, translating brand guidelines into compelling visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce innovative designs for client websites, e‑commerce (A+ and Shopalyst) pages, and social‑media channels.
• Own the full design lifecycle from concept through execution, ensuring delivery meets exacting standards.
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategies to create designs that drive immediate consumer impact.
• Pitch creative solutions that align with marketing objectives and brand purpose.
• Prepare final files that comply with all output specifications and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong, highly motivated conceptual designer with proven experience in beauty and BPC (beauty, personal care) sectors.
• Digitally focused, comfortable taking projects from brief to completion.
• Ability to influence clients with creative input and present new concepts confidently.
• Passion for design and conception, with a track record of delivering beautiful, smart, and effective work.
