About the role
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join Sarita Die Works Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high‑precision injection and blow moulds. The role focuses on new product development, mould and product design, and supporting the production team through trials.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in new product development activities.
- Prepare designs as advised by senior engineers.
- Prepare and check Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Support the production team through trial phases.
- Check outputs from junior designers.
- Maintain soft and hard copies of design records and related documents.
- Assist the reporting manager with team training and development.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Required profile
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to comprehend instructions.
- Graduate or diploma in design from a reputed plastic institute.
- Capability to perform mould design and product design.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks software.
- Expertise in mould design.
- Expertise in product design.
