Senior Deal Desk Analyst

About the role

Coram AI is reimagining video security with a cloud‑native, AI‑driven platform. As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst you will be the single point of control for every non‑straight‑through sale, ensuring quotes, discounts, contracts and billing are accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial approvals on deals under $100K and manage a tiered approval matrix.
• Drive contract paperwork, track open redlines and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Oversee the security review process end‑to‑end.
• Manage SLED procurement mechanics, including vendor registrations, W‑9s, insurance certificates and bid responses.
• Handle the handoff from closed‑won deals into billing, reconciling order forms and purchase orders.

Required profile

• 4+ years in deal desk, revenue operations, sales operations or order management at a B2B company selling into the United States.
• Direct experience owning quote construction and discount approvals.
• Fluency with a CRM and a quoting/CPQ system, preferably HubSpot.
• Comfort configuring rules rather than filing tickets.
