Senior Data Scientist – AI, Data Engineering & Intelligent Automation

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead AI, data engineering and intelligent automation initiatives. You will design end‑to‑end data pipelines, build AI‑powered applications and drive data‑driven decision making for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable batch and real‑time ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake and Azure Databricks.
• Implement data governance, security and lineage with Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Orchestrate workflows using Databricks Workflows, Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
• Integrate automated data quality checks with Great Expectations and Delta Live Tables.
• Develop AI solutions with large language models (Claude, OpenAI) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Deploy models and analytics on Azure, AWS, GCP or hybrid environments, containerizing with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, AI or analytics.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end data and AI solutions.
