Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect (Informatica, MDM)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Data Engineer / Data Architect to lead enterprise‑scale data integration and modernization initiatives within EY’s Consulting – Data & Analytics practice. The role focuses on wealth and asset management data platforms, driving AI‑enabled transformation while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise data warehouses and ETL pipelines using Informatica IICS and PowerCenter.
• Lead MDM implementations, data governance and data quality frameworks across wealth & asset management domains.
• Drive cloud modernization projects on AWS, Azure or other platforms, integrating Snowflake, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric where appropriate.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into scalable data models and architecture.
• Provide technical guidance on data lineage, metadata management and regulatory reporting solutions.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in data engineering, data integration or data architecture.
• Strong expertise with Informatica IICS and Informatica PowerCenter.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses.
• Experience with MDM, data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Background in wealth, asset or investment management is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
