Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Expert

About the role

Join Bosch's global Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CERT) in India as a senior expert responsible for protecting the company’s digital assets. You will lead complex security incidents, coordinate international teams, and shape the future of incident response across a worldwide footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and handle complex security incidents independently and within interdisciplinary teams.
• Optimize Cybersecurity Incident Management processes, functions, and methods for the Bosch Group.
• Promote and coordinate collaboration with international teams and experts.
• Communicate risks, business impacts, and status updates to stakeholders from executive management to technical experts.
• Identify risks and drive the development of measures to improve the overall security posture.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Digital Forensics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity incident management, preferably in a large, globally distributed organization.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi‑stage security incidents.
• Certifications such as SANS GIAC or comparable.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive and results‑oriented work ethic.
