About the role
The Senior Counter Executive is the first point of contact for walk‑in customers at Blue Dart retail counters. You will deliver professional, efficient, and customer‑centric service while handling shipment bookings, payments and enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome walk‑in customers and provide courteous, personalised service.
- Process domestic and international shipment bookings, generate labels, invoices and receipts.
- Handle cash, card and digital payments, ensure accurate billing and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain counter appearance, stock of stationery and packaging materials, and adhere to operational SOPs.
- Resolve customer enquiries, track shipments and address complaints or escalate when needed.
Required profile
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is mandatory.
- Prior experience in retail counter operations or customer‑facing logistics services.
