Senior Corporate Counsel

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its South East Asia and India sales organizations. The role involves structuring, negotiating, and closing complex commercial technology transactions across enterprise and regulated sectors, including public‑sector customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiation and execution of high‑value SaaS, cloud, AI and data agreements.
• Provide practical, business‑oriented legal guidance on commercial, regulatory and strategic partner matters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, pricing, revenue recognition, security, privacy and sales operations.
• Mentor and manage a team of 2–5 legal professionals based in India, fostering a high‑performing culture.
• Navigate evolving legal and technology landscapes while managing competing priorities under pressure.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in technology‑focused commercial transactions.
• Commercially minded with strong strategic and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring junior lawyers.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
