Senior Corporate Associate / Counsel – M&A, VC & PE

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate or Counsel to join our General Corporate practice in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon. The successful candidate will work on high‑profile cross‑border M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, collaborating closely with other practice teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts and investments.
• Conduct comprehensive due‑diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance and post‑deal integration.
• Coordinate with international counsel and internal teams to ensure seamless cross‑border deal execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–8 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in M&A, private equity or venture capital.
• Proven ability to handle complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑management skills.
