Senior Content Strategist / Copywriter

About the role

The Cinnamon Kitchen is seeking a Senior Content Strategist / Copywriter to shape its brand voice across multiple digital channels. You will create high‑impact copy for ads, social media, email, and founder‑led content, helping the company grow its premium plant‑based bakery brand.

Key responsibilities

• Write performance‑focused ad copy for Meta, Google, and Amazon campaigns.
• Produce Instagram and WhatsApp content, including grid posts, stories, captions, and promotional messages.
• Develop weekly or bi‑weekly LinkedIn posts for the Founder, covering thought leadership and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to align visuals and copy for all digital assets.
• Support campaign ideation, content planning, and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches.
• Brief and manage freelance blog writers for long‑form content when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of copywriting or content strategy experience for D2C or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to write both short‑form (ads, captions) and long‑form (blogs, emails) content.
• Strong understanding of brand tone, storytelling, and digital communication.
• Excellent command of English grammar and brand language.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
