Senior Consultant – Attribution Modeling

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end attribution modelling studies. You will work closely with clients, turning business questions into analytical roadmaps and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client conversations throughout the attribution study lifecycle.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with stakeholders to review data collection, exploratory analysis, model outputs and insights.
• Translate business requirements into a clear analytical roadmap.
• Ensure quality, timelines and best‑practice delivery of all artefacts.
• Manage solution development and delivery together with the delivery team.
• Hands‑on work on models when required.
• Convert model results into business‑focused insights.
• Prepare client presentations and deliver final results.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in attribution modelling and client consulting.
• Proven ability to lead studies from data discovery to final presentation.
• Excellent communication and team‑management skills.
• Willingness to work directly on models and translate outputs for business audiences.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of attribution modelling techniques.
• Basic Python programming.
• Advanced Excel for data summarisation.
• PowerPoint for creating and sharing insights.
