Senior Consultant – Agentic AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models and Generative AI. You will collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software teams to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions that automate complex business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch AI‑powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Create and orchestrate autonomous AI agents with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that integrate enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, document repositories, and third‑party services.
• Implement prompt‑engineering strategies, fine‑tune models, and optimize performance for business use cases.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services, and deploy workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work with DevOps to set up CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.

Required profile

• 3–9 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably with LLM‑based projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
