Senior Construction Manager

About the role

Zyeta is a technology‑driven workplace design and build firm delivering human‑centric, future‑ready workspaces. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with strong hands‑on experience in commercial interior fit‑out and design‑and‑build projects. The role will drive end‑to‑end project execution, manage site teams and contractors, and ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end construction and interior fit‑out execution from mobilisation to handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, manpower, materials and site activities.
• Coordinate with design, C&I, MEP, procurement, contractors, vendors and client teams.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, monitoring productivity, quality, safety and progress.
• Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications and resolve execution challenges.
• Prepare regular MIS and progress reports, track milestones and costs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and statutory guidelines.
• Lead and mentor site and project execution teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, interior fit‑out or design‑and‑build.
• Strong hands‑on experience in commercial interior fit‑out / workplace projects.
• Proven ability to manage large site teams, multiple activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of civil, architectural finishes and MEP coordination.
• Excellent problem‑solving, negotiation and communication skills.
