Senior Community Manager

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Community Manager for a leading D2C health and wellness brand. The role focuses on building meaningful communities, driving engagement, and fostering a strong sense of belonging among members across India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing community groups across India, driving participation, engagement and retention.
• Plan weekly conversations, challenges, expert sessions and other community activities.
• Identify highly engaged members and develop State & City Community Leaders.
• Build and manage an Ambassador/Member Leader program.
• Organise city meet‑ups, wellness events, workshops and retreats.
• Develop referral programmes to accelerate community growth.
• Capture member stories, feedback, transformations and community insights.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Health and Marketing teams and track community metrics.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in community management, consumer communities, events or membership ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing WhatsApp groups and other community platforms.
• Strong understanding of member engagement, retention and community growth.
• Experience building ambassador programmes or community‑leader networks.
• Excellent event‑management and relationship‑building skills.
