Senior Community Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Community Lead to drive member experience, operational excellence, and sales performance across our WeWork locations in India. The role combines community building, facilities management, and business development to create a vibrant, collaborative workspace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute community events that foster networking and collaboration among members.
• Oversee daily building operations, ensuring cleanliness, pantry standards, and timely resolution of Zendesk tickets and maintenance projects.
• Manage the team of Community Service Associates, conducting quality‑control walkthroughs and training.
• Prepare expense reports, budgets, and vendor orders, and support strategic decisions on operational and financial performance.
• Assist the Community Manager with member tours, prospect research, and closing activities.
• Develop relationships with members, identify service opportunities, and coordinate educational and professional development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6‑8 years of experience in operations, sales, and hospitality, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Fluency in the local language and strong understanding of Indian culture.
• Proven experience managing individual contributors.
• Financial literacy and business‑operations experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
