Senior Civil Execution Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Execution Engineer with over 10 years of experience to lead civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage day‑to‑day site execution, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Prepare progress reports, track measurements, and support billing activities.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil execution and construction project delivery.
• Strong site management and subcontractor coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
