Senior C++ Developer – Automotive Software

About the role

We are looking for an experienced C++ Senior Developer to join Bosch's automotive software team in Bangalore. You will work on cutting‑edge braking system algorithms for electric and autonomous vehicles, contributing to the transformation of brake system software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ code for advanced braking systems (ESP, iBooster, ESPHev, IPB, DPB, Brake‑by‑Wire, Vehicle Dynamics 2.0).
• Collaborate with software engineers to implement robust, high‑performance algorithms.
• Ensure compliance with automotive coding standards such as MISRA, AUTOSAR, and CERT.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
• Contribute to software architecture and design pattern decisions.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of professional experience in C++ software development.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, UML, and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with the software development life‑cycle in an automotive or embedded context.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
