Senior Business Solutions Engineer – LegalTech

About the role

Airbnb’s Legal Technology team within BizTech is looking for a senior engineer to drive AI‑powered solutions that modernize the global legal function. You will work directly with legal practitioners to design, build, and support workflow automation and AI integrations that scale across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with practice group leads, paralegals, and in‑house counsel to identify high‑value AI and automation opportunities.
• Serve as the technical DRI for Legal AI tools, owning the full lifecycle from intake through deployment.
• Build, test, and deploy AI workflows, multi‑agent pipelines, RAG systems, and AI copilots powered by Claude Enterprise.
• Run discovery workshops and translate business requirements into engineering‑ready specifications.
• Navigate internal governance (PLADIS, Security, Privacy) to secure approvals for legal tech initiatives.
• Maintain the Legal Tech project portfolio, tracking priorities and communicating status to leadership.
• Design and deliver Claude Enterprise training, adoption playbooks, and usage metrics for legal teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Legal Technology or enterprise SaaS implementation, preferably in a tech company.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience integrating AI into business workflows.
• Proven track record designing and building AI‑powered applications, including multi‑agent and LLM integrations.
• Experience in forward‑deployed, client‑centric technical roles within large global organizations.
• Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
