Senior Business Process Analyst

About the role

Business Process Senior Analyst with strong analytical, documentation and communication skills. Experienced in supporting business process improvement plans, gathering requirements, creating process documentation, and assisting with testing and user training activities. Collaborates with teams to analyse needs and supports ERP and digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process discussions and workshops.
• Create process flows and business process procedures.
• Act as functional liaison between business and technology teams.
• Guide globally aligned business processes and solutions.
• Support organisational change‑management activities.
• Perform security and authorization testing.
• Support data conversion, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Help design reports, forms, enhancements, interfaces and user authorisations.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, and coordinate testing activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Deliver end‑user training and support hypercare post‑go‑live.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Integration or Business Analyst.
• 5+ years in Sales and Distribution business processes (OTC).
• Experience in change impact analysis, test planning and security/authorisation management.
• End‑user management and training experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA is a plus.
• Project management, retail or vendor support experience is a plus.
