Senior Business Manager / Operations Director (India Hub)

About the role

Brave Bison is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its India hub in Bangalore. Reporting directly to the COO, you will act as the trusted local advisor for the overseas leadership team and drive end‑to‑end operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full operational delivery of the India hub, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for UK managers and board members.
• Partner with the COO on strategic decisions, scaling plans, and performance measurement.
• Integrate and oversee the HR function, bringing all people‑operations under a single team.
• Guide growth across Finance, Operations, IT, Marketing, AI, and Media Network functions.
• Identify and execute on scaling opportunities, including future acquisitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling an operation in India.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior overseas stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, etc.).
• Strategic thinker comfortable with rapid growth and change.
