Senior Business Consultant – Blue Yonder WMS Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to lead Blue Yonder WMS configuration and implementation projects. The role involves guiding customers through transformational programs, managing change, and ensuring successful cut‑over and hyper‑care phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer communication, business process mapping, and functional specification development for WMS modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens.
• Coordinate with development services, prepare test plans, and support level‑3 go‑live and post‑go‑live activities.
• Design overall WMS architecture, assess integration complexity, and provide advice on industry best practices.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation, test scripts, and training materials for client teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of corporate experience in WMS consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Technical configuration of Blue Yonder / RedPrairie WMS.
• JasperReports, Nice labels, PageBuilder, MOCA.
• PL/SQL, SQL Server, performance tuning.
• Integration with ERP, TMS, WLM, voice, material handling and ASRS systems.
• Azure fundamentals, ETL mapping, data modeling and loading.
