Senior BIM Engineer – Architectural Modeling (3-5 yrs)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior BIM Engineer with strong architectural modeling expertise to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on residential projects, creating both approval and construction document sets, and coordinating multidisciplinary drawings for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review project briefs to understand design requirements.
• Produce approval and construction document sets from sketches, design drawings, and guidelines.
• Work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects using Revit.
• Update timesheets and project management system daily, reporting progress to the Project Manager.
• Prepare queries, manage project deliveries, and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Coordinate and compare drawings across disciplines to ensure accuracy.
• Perform self‑quality checks on all deliverables to maintain high standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in BIM engineering, preferably in the outsourcing architectural sector (Australia, New Zealand, USA).
• Proven expertise in Revit for architectural modeling and documentation.
• Experience with residential projects and creation of approval and construction sets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
• Understanding of Levels of Development (LOD) from 100 to 450.
