Senior Auditor – Assurance Services

About the role

Kaufman Rossin is looking for a Senior Auditor to join its Assurance Services team in Bangalore. You will lead audit engagements from planning through issuance, ensuring high‑quality deliverables for our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire audit engagement, from planning to final issuance.
• Prepare and review financial statements for multiple clients.
• Train, review, and monitor the progress of audit staff.
• Communicate audit status effectively with client management and act as the primary liaison.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and identify cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in public‑accounting assurance or audit services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA certification or eligibility required.
• Proven ability to draft financial statements and manage audit risk.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience leading audit teams.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
