Senior Associate, Services Supply Chain Planning

About the role

The Senior Associate, Services Supply Chain Planning will support end‑to‑end supply chain activities for VCB line projects, ensure financial performance, and drive digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Electric.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VCB line supply chain flow and maintain project margins by monitoring financials.
• Lead Unify transformation and implement new digital tools for supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to prepare accurate forecasts and meet sales targets.
• Maintain customer logistics performance above 95% and conduct root‑cause analysis for any failures.
• Ensure supplier on‑time delivery (OTD) of 95% and perform corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare purchase orders, submit vendor invoices timely, and work closely with global and local teams to push deliveries.
• Develop procurement and sourcing strategies, identify profitable suppliers, and establish partnerships.
• Track functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and handle import shipments, customs duties, and AWB processes.
• Execute SAP MM transactions, including PO creation, supplier assessment, and subcontracting model management.

Required profile

• BE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 4‑5 years of experience in purchase, supply chain or procurement.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP MM module.
• Knowledge of import components, customs duties and electrical switchgear.

• SAP MM (including PO transactions).
