Senior Associate – Security & Compliance (AMS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to provide consultancy and support for security and compliance controls across Bosch and industry regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess, document, and improve security posture while ensuring alignment with ISO 27001:2022 and other frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on security and compliance controls in line with Bosch and industry regulations.
• Conduct compliance assessments and gap analyses for ISO 27001:2022 and other security frameworks.
• Engage with managers, application owners, and technical teams to evaluate and document security controls.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management Plans (BCMP).
• Provide guidance on penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, encryption, and backup/storage security.
• Ensure security documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and meets regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant standards.
• Monitor and adapt to changes in central guidelines and ensure KPI, quality, and deliverable targets are met.

Required profile

• Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• 4‑7 years of experience in IT security, GRC, IAM or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and proactiveness.
• Team‑player mindset, flexible and deadline‑oriented.
