Senior Associate – SAP PMO (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory practice in Mumbai. The role focuses on PMO activities for Enterprise Applications, helping clients implement and optimise SAP SuccessFactors and related cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with SAP SuccessFactors opportunities and assess client readiness for cloud migration.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout implementation projects.
• Conduct scoping workshops, validate effort estimates and define implementation timelines.
• Create baseline project plans and manage service‑delivery transitions.
• Allocate resources, coordinate with the resource team and follow SAP Activate methodology.
• Deliver workshops, training and support to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.

Required profile

• University degree with a focus on business, technology or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in consulting or advisory environments is preferred.
