Senior Associate SAP PM – Advisory (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice as an SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functional consultant. You will work on AMS/support and enhancement projects, helping clients optimise their maintenance processes through SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design end‑to‑end SAP PM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP PM processes such as Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Notifications, Orders, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance, Refurbishment, and Calibration Management.
• Handle incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams and cross‑functional SAP experts.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, functional design, testing and deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams during enhancements.
• Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, WM/EWM and FI/CO modules.
• Provide user training, UAT support and resolve production issues while ensuring SLA adherence.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with solid experience in SAP PM functional consulting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
