Senior Associate – SAP IBP Core Advisory (Bhubaneswar)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory practice in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on delivering SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions that help global clients transform their supply-chain planning, bridging strategy with digital execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration and testing of SAP IBP modules such as Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory and S&OP.
• Assess clients’ current supply-chain planning maturity and develop road-maps to future-state capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with client stakeholders to capture requirements and drive solution adoption.
• Implement end-to-end advanced planning solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning consulting.
• Strong understanding of supply-chain planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP).
• Ability to lead client engagements, workshops and deliver high-quality functional designs.
• Senior Associate level experience within a professional services environment.
