Senior Associate – SAP HCM/Payroll Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Gurugram, focusing on SAP HCM and Payroll solutions. You will work with clients to analyse their HR processes, design and implement SAP-based payroll transformations, and provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, multi‑country SAP HCM/Payroll transformation projects, including on‑premise India payroll implementations.
• Act as Solution Architect, designing end‑to‑end payroll solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage and mentor a delivery team of 20+ resources, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Support pre‑sales activities, develop solution proposals, and contribute to practice growth.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Strong HR domain knowledge, preferably with experience in Indian payroll regulations.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large transformation projects.
• Ability to lead and coordinate sizable project teams.
• Practice management experience, including pre‑sales and delivery oversight.
