Senior Associate – SAP Enterprise Applications Advisory

About the role

At PwC, the Senior Associate will work within the Advisory line of service, focusing on SAP Enterprise Applications. The role involves analysing client requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and delivering training and support to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to at least two end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects.
• Configure SAP solutions independently, with a focus on Employee Central.
• Facilitate and lead workshops with clients to gather requirements and drive solution design.
• Understand and manage integration of SAP solutions with Employee Central.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex business challenges from strategy through execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting.
• Degree such as BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA or ICWA.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
