Senior Associate – SAP Employee Central & Time Tracking (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will work on large, multi‑country implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking, helping clients optimise their HR processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central workstream for complex, multi‑country roll‑outs.
• Configure core Employee Central modules – Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Life Cycle Events, Time Off and Benefits.
• Create and maintain absence time types and time account types, and assign time‑off master data to employees.
• Analyse client requirements, design solution approaches and deliver end‑to‑end SAP configurations.
• Provide training, support and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Employee Central implementations for international or domestic customers.
• Hands‑on expertise with all Employee Central functionalities.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical and client‑facing skills.
