Senior Associate – SAP Employee Central Advisory (Gurugram)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory team in Gurugram, focusing on Employee Central and Enterprise Applications. You will work with clients to analyse needs, design and configure SAP solutions, and deliver training and support to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to at least two end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects.
• Configure SAP solutions, particularly Employee Central, independently.
• Facilitate and lead workshops with client stakeholders.
• Understand and manage integration of SAP solutions with Employee Central.
• Provide training, support and post‑implementation guidance to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP consulting or related fields.
• Proven experience delivering full‑cycle SAP implementations.
• Relevant academic qualification (e.g., BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA, ICWA).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
