Senior Associate – SAP Consulting (Kolkata)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its SAP Consulting practice in Kolkata. You will help clients maximise the value of their SAP investments across sales, finance, supply chain, engineering and human capital, delivering business‑led, technology‑enabled change.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex business problems and design SAP‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and integrate SAP applications.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, providing constructive feedback.
• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff, coaching them to deliver results.
• Maintain up to 40% travel to client sites and adhere to PwC’s code of ethics.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or related fields.
• Government clearance is required.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build quality relationships.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel as needed.
