About the role
PWC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its SAP BASIS practice in Kolkata. You will work within a multidisciplinary consulting team to help clients maximise the value of their SAP investments across finance, supply chain, engineering and human capital domains.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to design, implement and optimise SAP BASIS solutions.
- Analyse complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, ensuring compliance with PwC standards.
- Utilise a broad range of SAP tools and techniques to extract insights and drive improvements.
Required profile
- Demonstrated self‑awareness and commitment to continuous development.
- Strong critical‑thinking abilities and capacity to structure unstructured problems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build quality relationships and adapt behaviour to different situations.
- Upholds the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
