Senior Associate – Sailpoint Engineering (Implementation & Alliances)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Sailpoint Engineering team in Noida. The role focuses on implementing and managing identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint, supporting both implementation projects and alliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Sailpoint (8.x) rules and policies using Java or Beanshell.
• Design and configure roles, certifications, and access policies.
• Perform installation, identity mapping, correlation, debugging, and filtering tasks.
• Create and maintain workflows, lifecycle management, email templates, and provisioning processes.
• Collaborate with agile project teams to deliver IAM solutions.

Required profile

• 3–12 years of experience in Sailpoint development or related IAM projects.
• B.Tech degree (or equivalent technical qualification).
• Sailpoint certification preferred for candidates with 2–3 years of experience; not mandatory for senior candidates.
• Experience working in agile environments.

Required skills

• Sailpoint (8.x) development.
• Java programming (including Beanshell scripting).
• REST API integration.
• Custom connector development and Sailpoint integration with external tools.
• Understanding of deployment processes for IAM solutions.
