Senior Associate - Procurement

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Procurement, you will support category deliverables, manage spend, and drive savings across assigned categories. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute sourcing projects, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage spend, suppliers, and spot buying for designated categories.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to execute sourcing projects according to category plans.
• Lead low‑value sourcing, tail management, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.
• Support compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate procurement policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Commerce, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcing or procurement role.
• Experience working in a remote environment, preferably supporting UK or US geography.
• Proven ability to work with virtual teams and use collaboration tools effectively.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
