Senior Associate – People Analytics & SAP Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its People Analytics and SAP Advisory practice in Bhubaneswar. You will work with clients to analyse business needs, design and implement SAP solutions, and provide training and support to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and design SAP‑based solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementations (minimum two completed projects).
• Configure SAP applications independently and ensure integration with Enterprise Cloud.
• Conduct and facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Provide ongoing support to optimise operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 8 + years of experience in SAP consulting or People Analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant academic background (BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, CA, ICWA or equivalent).
