Senior Associate – Pega Developer (Advisory, Bengaluru)

About the role

PwC’s Advisory practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Pega development team in Bengaluru. In this role you will design, develop and implement Pega BPM applications that support digital transformation initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Pega BPM applications and solutions.
• Integrate Pega with other enterprise systems and cloud‑based platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using Pega PRPC and ensure thorough testing and code reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and maintain documentation.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and maintenance for Pega applications.
• Promote best practices in Pega development and agile methodologies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience on the Pega platform.
• Experience integrating Pega with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based Pega solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
